The IFUs are applicable to KLARO™ with the following lot numbers: 2007AD

Please provide your name, company/institution name, address, country and contact number. Paper version of IFU will be mailed to you within 7 calendar working days of receiving the email request.
In situations where the environment does not permit the accessibility and use of eIFU, in foreseeable medical emergencies requiring the provision of information in paper form and when Internet may be temporarily unavailable in your healthcare facility, please be advised to request for paper IFU.
